Hello families with HoPE!
Well, the wait is over! Get out your calendars!
We want to invite you
and your family to Concord, NC on July 22-25th for our 2012 Conference: "Sharing the HoPE in
HoloProsEncephaly."
The majority of the
sessions will be held at Crossroads Church in Concord, NC (just north of
Charlotte, NC). It is a
great, modern church with lots of room to move, fun murals and playgrounds for
the kids.
Sessions will be held
Monday morning thru Wednesday afternoon, but be sure to arrive on Sunday in
time to attend our "Meet & Greet" dinner at the church. We are also
planning a great fun family event for Wednesday evening, so be sure to get your
hotel for that night as well. You won't want to miss it!
Breakfast will be
included with your hotel stay at the Hampton Inn Concord Mills Suites, and all
other meals will be included in the registration fees. Special requests for
meals will need to be placed when registration is completed.
There is so much to do
in and around Charlotte, NC that you might want to just stay the rest of the
week and see the race shops, NASCAR Hall of Fame, Mint Museum, Discovery Place
and more. Please let us know if you might be interested in staying later to do
a tour of some local sites as a group, and we will plan this as well.
It is sure to be a great
time filled with all the fun of a family reunion. I cannot wait to Share the HoPE with each of you in my hometown!
